Valve Bag Fillers
No one in the industry takes more pride in reconditioning
valve bag packaging equipment than First Klas Packaging. Every machine is completely
disassembled, sandblasted, repaired and repainted. Your rebuild will have new
hoses and rebuilt or new pneumatic cylinders and control valves and electrical
controls will be reworked or replaced depending on their conditions. - Replacement

Calls - Repair
At First Klas Packaging our service technicians, who
have over 15 years experience working on bagging machines, will come out to your
plant, analyze the problem with your machine, and if possible, fix the problem
on-site immediately. If an immediate solution is not available, our technicians
will provide a detailed analysis to you with their recommendations for a swift,
reliable repair, reducing your production down-time to a minimum.
A purchase
order must be cut for the minimum amount at the time of initial service work.
Work is based on a normal eight (8) hour day, with a minimum charge of two (2)
hours. Overtime, including weekends and holidays and any thing over 8 hours will
be charged at 1 ½ times the normal hourly rate. Rates

Service Calls - Maintenance
We
not only conduct service calls when you have a problem with your machine, we offer
service calls for maintenance purposes on your machines. These maintenance calls
are conducted at our customers' convenience and can be scheduled on a semi-yearly
or yearly basis. Pricing for maintenance calls is also available upon request.
